In 2011, Keyi conducted research on the structure, texture, electroplating, and temperature of molds, breaking through product technology bottlenecks and achieving a stain resistance recovery rate of over 90%, filling the gap in domestic mold technology. In the same year, it completed and put into operation a dedicated SMC raw material production line for residential components, improving the characteristics of raw materials, greatly improving the wear resistance of the chassis, and adapting to the habit of Chinese people wearing shoes into bathrooms, Improved the quality of prefabricated interior residential components!
In order to meet the market demand for integrated bathrooms, Keyi has developed the Juyi series for use in the hardcover real estate industry, further improving product accuracy and gaining recognition from the hardcover real estate industry represented by Vanke and Wanda.
In 2012, Keyi created wear-resistant and waterproof disc technology in the industry, replacing ceramic tile veneers and retaining its thermal insulation, warm and comfortable touch. In this year, Keyi was prioritized as the "Domestic Housing Industrialization Base" and played a crucial demonstration role in the industry!
In 2013, the State Council issued the "Green Building Action Plan", and more enterprises and local governments joined the residential industrialization industry. In 2014, Keyi developed and manufactured industrial interior components based on integrated bathrooms and kitchens, and built the Keyi Residential Experience Hall, showcasing new products, technologies, and concepts of residential interior industrialization, building a bridge for industry communication.
It was also in this year that, faced with the problem of bathing in extreme cold conditions in the Antarctic, Keyi, through repeated research, development and production, provided a strong guarantee for Mount Taishan Station in Antarctic scientific research, and met the requirements of Mount Taishan Station Master for a service life of 15 years.
In 2015, Keyi developed a series of patented technologies such as ultra-thin floor drains, optimized the structure of prefabricated interior decoration process, solved the problem of high drainage sinking space on the same floor, and developed prefabricated stairs in the same year, further promoting the development process of prefabricated interior decoration components!
In 2016, the State Council issued the Guiding Opinions on Vigorously Developing Prefabricated building.
